Summary: AmSpirit Member's Company Receives Operational Excellence Reward in April 2013
Description: The Franchise Relations Committee and National Advisory Committee are pleased to announce the Comfort Keepers office in Columbus OH as having Operational Excellence in Quality of Service delivery. They were recognized in April 2013 for providing quality care to the clients they serve. The Columbus office was selected as one of the winners of the "Operational Excellence Award". This award goes to the Comfort Keepers franchisee that exhibits Client Satisfaction - Quality Service to their clients, Caregiver Satisfaction - Quality in their employment system, and Community Involvement - playing an active role in the community and in the Comfort Keeper system and obtaining recommendations from their referrals.
