I have had two knee surgeries in the past year and continue to deal with pain and lack of mobility despite months of PT previously. Ryan has provided many exercises and therapies that were not part of my previous PT experiences. Dry needling has been extremely beneficial. I have seen a dramatic improvement in mobility and pain and have only had a few visits. Many of the stretches and exercises he provides can be done at home (obviously this requires personal motivation) and he said his goal is to get his clients to a point that they no longer need therapy.
