Annual Leadership Conference (Energy & Referrals) Public (Area Wide Event)
This year the Leadership Conference will focus on creating energy and generating more referrals in Chapters. Below is the agenda with approximate start times (all Eastern time).
NOTE: To get the Zoom registration link, you'll need to log into the AmSpirit website. As this is a Member Only event, we do not want the registration link public facing.
9:00 a.m. - Zoom opens for networking in themed breakout room. Themes to be revealed soon. Stay tuned.
10:00 a.m. - Conference kick-off (don't miss the opening video).
10:30 a.m. - PROGRAM: Creating Energy In Our Networks: This program will explore research that reveals a formula for creating energy in organizations. This will lead to breakout rooms to discuss this topic.
12:00 p.m. - Short Break
12:15 p.m. - PROGRAM: Outstanding Chapters: This will be both a celebration of 2024 Outstanding Chapters as well as an overview of how to generate success through this program.
1:00 p.m. - PROGRAM: Referral Leadership: This will center on how Chapters can become more effective empowering their members to give and receive referrals. This will lead to breakout rooms to discuss this topic.
2:15 p.m. - Closing remarks and instructions
2:30 p.m. - Regional Breakouts: Participants will be directed to breakout rooms for conversations with their respective Director and other members from their regions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You're welcome to attend any portion of the Leadership Conference. HOWEVER, for your Chapter to received Leadership Conference credit under the Outstanding Chapter program, you will need to have at least one member from your Chapter participating for the entire conference (10:00 a.m. to approximately 3:00 p.m.).
